Day 1, April 16

    • Overview of the diversity of techniques to deal with breathing motion
  • Non-invasive mechanical ventilation in radiotherapy research and clinical practice
    • What is achieved until so far with mechanical ventilation?
  • Managing breathing with other techniques than ventilation
    • Because there is more than mechanical ventilation.
  • Breathing management: ongoing and starting international collaboration initiatives.
    • Why collaborate? What is going on? What will start? And how can you join?
  • Evening program with social activities

Day 2, April 17

  • Diversity in mechanical ventilators
    • An overview of the of ventilators types and what they mean for use in radiotherapy.
  • Organizational and legal issues
    • Who is responsible for the ventilator? How to organize this? What are the specific demands in radiotherapy?
  • Training
    • Training of new users, hands-on demonstration. Training of patients: how can it be done patient-friendly and quickly?
